Welcome to the Northern California Tribal Court Coalition (NCTCC)
The NCTCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is a collaboration of Tribal Courts in Northern California, namely those of the Bear River Band of Rohnerville Rancheria, Hoopa Valley Tribe, the Karuk Tribe, the Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation and the Yurok Tribe.
The NCTCC is actively promoting dynamic and effective tribal courts in our region, working to improve access to tribal courts, increasing advocacy in our courts, and seeking opportunities to preserve contemporary and traditional dispute resolution methods.
THE NCTCC MISSION IS TO:
Promote and Strengthen Tribal Justice Systems to Restore Balance and Order in our Communities, While Honoring Sovereignty and Cultural Values

NCTCC Batterer Intervention Program Cultural Identity Curriculum 9/13
We are so pleased to announce the long-awaited publication of our Native Identity-Based Cultural Intervention and Healing Curriculum - Facilitator's Guide - A Strategy for Cultural Recovery of Native American Perpetrators of Domestic Violence
This guide may be used to enhance a BIP program in Northern California to re-align perpetrators with their cultural heritage. Thank you to Red Deer Consulting for all of your hard work on this.

This report details the results of a regional survey of Northern California tribal communities focused on domestic violence. The goal was to assess the prevalence of domestic violence victimization, as well as perceptions regarding community and justice system responses to these incidents.
